I have evolved alongside Romania’s hospitality industry, dedicating 20 years to unraveling the secrets of coffee, being the most awarded Romanian barista, multiple national champion and 2nd place in the world. Beyond my competitive achievements, my career is built on two important pillars.

In 2014, I founded the company Bartrotters, now one of the market leaders in HoReCa consultancy with projects developed in Romania, Europe, Asia, and America.

In 2017, I fulfilled my biggest dream: to open a cafe. Thus, together with three friends I started the story of BOB Coffee Lab. Probably the best specialty coffee shop in Romania. I’m not saying it, but the results of the studies: BOB Coffee Lab ranks 8th in the 2024 worldwide specialty coffee shop ranking.
